Anderson County Health Council Anderson County Health Council serves our community by offering a variety of health programs and partnerships. In addition to our 5 major programs, we serve our residents by providing critical health care services and by collaborating with other agencies to develop important initiatives. The five major programs are, ACSESS/Breakaway, HealthyStart, LDC (Life Development Center), Dental Clinic and Vision Screening. Information on each of these programs may be accessed from the menu.
